Sherrie Suski is currently working with BlueCava as a Chief Administrative Officer and VP of Human Resources. BlueCava is a startup software firm that concentrates on cross-screen enablement. Sherrie Suski is passionate about the startups where she has held numerous HR positions over the past two decades in order to help companies grow.    She entered the world of Human Resources when she chose an entry-level recruitment job at a small semiconductor company called Smartflex Systems. There, she developed a love of the startup environment. She also worked with a consulting firm and later worked at Transdimension, Inc. for three years, where she emphasized staff growth. She also worked at Suski worked on international hiring with U-Nav Microelectronics.    Later she worked at Axiom Microdevices, Inc., which was acquired by Skyworks Solutions Inc. in 2009, in large part due to Suski's hard work. Sherrie then worked with Imagine Communications from 2009 and 2011, where she guided people within all levels of the organization.   Sherrie Suski is now at BlueCava where she is constantly inspired by the people around her. Sherrie Suski knows better than anyone that startups have difficulty succeeding, but this only drives her to help these groups reach the best of their ability. Managing the culture and the overall big picture of BlueCava, Suski is a self-starter who is passionate about her career.
